About Eastside Sankofa

Our Story

Eastside Sankofa Industries is a youth-led agribusiness initiative emerging from the UESD Innovation and Incubation Hub at the University of Environment and Sustainable Development (UESD), focused on unlocking the agricultural potential of Ghana’s Eastern Region.

As a team of innovative students and young professionals, we are developing solutions in agro-processing, farm development, and community impact. Our work is centered on transforming ideas into practical, scalable systems that create value across the agricultural chain.
