Our Projects

Our Focus

Reducing Mango Waste Through Agro-Processing

Ghana produces large volumes of mangoes each season, yet a significant portion is lost due to limited processing capacity and weak market systems.

At Eastside Sankofa Industries, we are developing solutions to reduce post-harvest losses by transforming surplus mangoes into value-added products such as purée and processed goods.

Our approach connects farmers, processing, and markets to create sustainable income and reduce waste across the agricultural chain.

Farm Development

We are building a structured farm development model to support consistent raw material supply and long-term production capacity.

While we are currently working to bring farms under our management, this remains a key pillar of our strategy. Our approach focuses on organized cultivation, improved yields, and sustainable farming practices that align with agro-processing and market demand.

Mango Processing Initiative

Our mango processing initiative focuses on reducing post-harvest losses by transforming surplus and underutilized mangoes into value-added products such as purée and processed goods.

By building local processing capacity, we are creating a reliable market for farmers while improving efficiency across the agricultural value chain. This initiative serves as the foundation of our model, linking production, processing, and distribution.
